On Thursday, July 18m 2013 the Raven Decision came down. It is exciting to note that we won on nearly all levels! It should be noted that the WAELA Amicus Brief was specifically cited by the court during its discussion of the Duty of Care on page 22.

A special thank you should go out to Jeff Crollard and his team of attorney’s extraordinaire Mike Olver, Kameron Kirkevold and Christopher Lee!!
