About the UnProgram

The “Unprogram” is an innovative design developed by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). The program includes interactive presentations and facilitated discussions on issues relevant to Elder and Special Needs Law attorneys. During 6 breakout sessions small groups of attendees are guided by an experienced attorney facilitator to discuss the substantive issues and challenges of the designated topic. The format encourages and facilitates idea sharing, problem solving, and collaboration.

COVID Safety

Planning is on track, and we are excited to gather once again in Lake Chelan this April for our Annual UnProgram Meeting! Many members have asked what safety precautions we will be taking in Lake Chelan, and particularly whether the meeting will have a vaccination policy. At this time we will not require attendees to submit proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to attend this program.

In registering for the meeting, participants agree to comply with any federal, state, or local mask mandates, or other safety mandates, in place for indoor events until further notice.

The WAELA will continue to monitor all meeting health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy, and engaging meeting experience. We look forward to seeing you in Lake Chelan!

Kindest regards,

Your WAELA Programming & CLE Committee
